These Terms of Service apply to your use of UNITED II, including our website, game server, launcher, accounts, forums, Discord/community spaces, digital services, virtual currency, and related features.
By creating an account, accessing the website, connecting to the server, downloading our files, purchasing digital items, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account registration
You may need to create an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You must not:
share your account with others;
sell, trade, or transfer your account;
use false or misleading information;
create accounts for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, ban evasion, or exploitation;
use bots, scripts, macros, automation, packet manipulation, or unauthorised tools.
We may suspend, restrict, or permanently ban accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
3. Licence to use the service
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for personal entertainment only.
You do not own your account, characters, items, currency, rankings, progress, or any other in-game data. These are digital records within the service and may be modified, reset, removed, or lost as part of normal service operation, updates, balancing, moderation, bug fixing, or closure.
4. Virtual currency and digital items
The service may offer virtual currency, coins, points, premium features, digital items, or account benefits.
These digital items:
have no real-world monetary value;
cannot be exchanged for cash;
cannot be sold, transferred, or traded outside the service unless we expressly allow it;
are provided as part of a digital entertainment service;
may be adjusted, balanced, removed, or replaced where necessary for gameplay, security, legal, or technical reasons.
Purchasing virtual currency or digital items does not give you ownership of any part of the service.
5. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to the payment provider’s own terms and policies.
You must not use stolen payment details, unauthorised payment methods, false information, or chargeback abuse.
If a payment is reversed, disputed, refunded, charged back, or suspected to be fraudulent, we may suspend or restrict the related account until the issue is resolved.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
In general, digital items, virtual currency, and premium services are supplied immediately or shortly after purchase. Where you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that your cancellation rights may be affected, refunds may not be available unless required by law.
7. Rules of conduct
You must not:
cheat, exploit bugs, duplicate items, manipulate packets, or use unauthorised software;
harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, dox, or discriminate against other users;
advertise other servers, scams, phishing links, malware, or illegal services;
sell accounts, characters, items, currency, or services for real money;
attempt to disrupt the server, website, database, payment systems, or community platforms;
abuse support staff or moderation processes;
use the service for illegal activity.
We may take action including warnings, mutes, temporary bans, permanent bans, item removal, account deletion, IP/device restrictions, or payment restrictions.
8. Bugs, exploits, and security
You must report serious bugs, exploits, vulnerabilities, duplication methods, or security issues to us privately.
Using, sharing, selling, or publicising exploits may result in permanent account closure and removal of affected items or currency.
9. Server changes, resets, and downtime
The service may change over time. We may update gameplay, rates, items, features, rules, prices, events, or systems.
We may perform maintenance, emergency shutdowns, rollbacks, wipes, resets, or data corrections where needed.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent account data, or that the service will always remain online.
10. Bans and moderation
Moderation decisions are made at our discretion. We may restrict or ban accounts where we reasonably believe there has been rule-breaking, fraud, abuse, security risk, or harmful behaviour.
You may contact us to appeal a ban, but we are not required to provide detailed evidence where doing so would compromise security, detection methods, staff privacy, or other users.
11. User content
If you post messages, screenshots, videos, suggestions, bug reports, feedback, or other content, you grant us permission to use that content for operating, moderating, improving, and promoting the service.
You must not upload or post content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, malicious, pornographic, hateful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.
12. Intellectual property
The website, server name, custom content, original text, systems, designs, rules, logos, patches, tools, and other materials created by us remain owned by us or our licensors.
You must not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, modify, exploit, or create derivative services from our website, systems, launcher, patches, database, or custom materials without permission.
Third-party intellectual property remains owned by the relevant rights holders.
13. Account deletion
You may request account deletion by contacting info@unitedmetin2.com.
We may need to retain certain records for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, payment, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
loss of account progress, items, currency, rankings, or characters;
server downtime, bugs, rollbacks, wipes, or maintenance;
payment provider issues;
third-party platform issues;
losses caused by your own account sharing, weak passwords, scams, or unauthorised tools;
indirect, special, or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service at any time if you breach these Terms, create risk for the service, cause harm to users, or if we need to close or restructure the service.
You may stop using the service at any time.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.
